HR round my story

सभी पाठकों को मेरा नमस्कार !!

आज मैं आपसे अपना पुराना अनुभव  साझा करने जा रही हूं आशा है कि आप के लिए यह सहायक होगा 2 वर्ष पूर्व मेयो कॉलेज अजमेर में मैंने इंटरव्यू दिया मेयो कॉलेज राजस्थान के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों में से एक है उस समय मे स्नातक पास हुई थी और मेरे पास कोई प्रोफेशनल डिग्री भी नहीं थी पर क्योंकि बीच  सत्र में  टेंपरेरी बेस पर शिक्षकों की भर्ती का विज्ञापन अखबार में निकला था मैंने इसका फायदा उठाते हुए इंटरव्यू दीया पर मैं HR interview round में ही बाहर हो गयी । क्या आप जानना चाहते मेरे साथ में ऐसा क्यों हुआ ? मेरे साथ यह इसलिए हुआ चूंकि मेने अपने फॉर्म के अंदर B.Sc बीएससी कुछ इस प्रकार लिखा B.SC 

एचआर ने इसे देखते ही मुझे इंटरव्यू से बाहर कर दिया ऐसा आपके साथ ना हो इसलिए आप इस बात का ध्यान रखें आप सभी भविष्य के शिक्षक हैं किसी ना किसी स्कूल में इंटरव्यू देने जरूर जाएंगे वहां पर आपसे पहले फॉर्म भरवाया जाएगा ध्यान रखें form में आप अपनी डिग्री की सही शब्दावली लिखे क्योंकि एचआर इसी तैयारी में बैठा रहता है कि वह उमीदवरो की गलती निकाले और योग्य का चुनाव करे यदि आपकी शब्दवाली/ font गलत है तो आपका फर्स्ट इंप्रेशन ही खराब हो जाएगा यही शर्त हस्तलिखित एप्लीकेशन मैं भी लागू होती है जल्दबाजी ना करें और ध्यान पूर्वक अपना फॉर्म भरे ताकि गलती की कोई गुंजाइश ना हो।

 Today I am going to share my old experience with you and I Hope it will be helpful for you. 2 years ago I interviewed at Mayo College Ajmer. Mayo College is one of the most prestigious institutes in The Rajasthan, at that time I just graduated and I have no professional degree, but because the advertisement for recruitment of teachers on the temporary base in the middle session had come out in the newspaper,  I took advantage and go for an interview . But unfortunately HR refuse to take my form and application Do you want to know why this happened to me? It is because I wrote something like thisB.SC instead this B.Sc in my form. This should not happen with you, so keep in mind   you have to write the correct terminology of your degree because If your word / font is wrong, then your first impression will be spoiled. The same condition also applies in the handwritten application, do not be hasty and fill your form carefully so that there is no scope for mistake.
